Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Jybr AI handles information when we build and operate custom AI agents, websites, forms, dashboards, automations, and connected account workflows for our customers.

Last updated: May 18, 2026

Information we collect

We may collect contact details, business information, form submissions, website usage data, messages you send us, billing and transaction metadata, and technical logs needed to run our services.

When a customer connects a third-party account, such as Google, Stripe, calendar, CRM, email, chat, or other business software, we collect only the data needed to provide the requested agent workflow.

How we use information

We use information to build, operate, secure, monitor, and improve Jybr AI agents and related services. This may include lead intake, customer support, scheduling, email drafting or sending, workflow automation, reporting, and account administration.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use customer workspace data, Google user data, email contents, calendar data, or connected-account data for advertising or data broker purposes.

Google user data

If you connect a Google account, Jybr AI requests access only to the Google data needed for the features you enable, such as creating email drafts, sending approved emails, reading relevant replies, checking calendar availability, or creating calendar events.

Jybr AI's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not transfer Google user data except as necessary to provide and improve user-facing features, comply with law, maintain security, or with your explicit consent.

Human access to Google user data is limited to cases where you request support or review, give consent, or where access is required for security, legal compliance, or abuse investigation.

AI processing

Some Jybr agents use AI models to classify, summarize, draft, score, extract, recommend, or monitor work. We send only the information reasonably needed for the requested workflow to our AI providers or infrastructure vendors.

Customers are responsible for reviewing agent settings, approval modes, and outputs before allowing automated actions that affect their business, customers, prospects, or employees.

Data retention and deletion

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain audit logs, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Customers may request deletion of their data by contacting us.

Connected accounts can be disconnected at any time through the product settings where available, or by revoking access through the third-party provider.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information, including access controls, encrypted transport, secure secret storage, and operational audit logs where appropriate.

No system is perfectly secure, and customers should use strong account security practices and connect only accounts they are authorized to use.
