Services

Jybr AI builds and operates custom AI agents and business automations. Features may include lead intake, customer support, scheduling, reporting, email drafting, email sending, connected account workflows, dashboards, and related operational tools.

Specific deliverables, pricing, timelines, and support terms may be described in a separate order form, proposal, statement of work, subscription checkout, or written agreement.

Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and authorization of the data, accounts, contacts, audiences, instructions, and business rules you provide to Jybr AI.

You must not use Jybr AI to send unlawful, deceptive, abusive, harassing, or non-compliant communications. You are responsible for complying with applicable marketing, privacy, employment, consumer protection, and industry-specific laws.

Connected accounts

If you connect Gmail, Google Calendar, Stripe, CRM, chat, or other third-party services, you authorize Jybr AI to access and use those accounts only for the features you enable and the instructions you provide.

You are responsible for ensuring that connected accounts belong to you or that you have permission to connect and operate them. You may revoke connected account access through the product settings or the third-party provider.

AI agent actions

AI agents may draft, classify, summarize, score, recommend, schedule, send, or update records based on the workflow configuration. You are responsible for choosing approval settings that fit your risk tolerance and business requirements.

For sensitive workflows, including legal, medical, financial, employment, compliance, or high-value customer decisions, you should require human review before external actions are taken.

No professional advice

Jybr AI does not provide legal, financial, tax, medical, insurance, or compliance advice. AI-generated outputs are operational assistance and should be reviewed by qualified professionals where appropriate.

Acceptable use

You may not use Jybr AI to violate law, infringe rights, bypass consent requirements, impersonate others, access accounts without permission, distribute malware, harvest sensitive information, or send spam.

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe use of the services creates legal, security, deliverability, platform, or reputational risk.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Jybr AI services are provided as available. We do not guarantee that AI outputs will be error-free, that third-party integrations will always be available, or that communications will always be delivered.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jybr AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the services.
